South Devon Construction
Principal Contractor
South Devon Construction are Principal Contractor for renovations, extensions, conversions, new builds and other projects involving multiple trades. We manage the construction phase from planning through to completion, giving you one reliable point of contact throughout.
Our role includes coordinating architects, structural engineers, Building Control, specialist contractors, trades, suppliers, materials and schedules. We oversee the sequence of work, monitor progress and keep everyone working towards the same plans and programme.
Appointing one team to manage the complete build means you do not have to coordinate separate contractors, deliveries and schedules yourself. We provide regular updates, explain any changes and maintain clear oversight of the work from the first day on site through to final completion.
Based in South Devon, we provide Principal Contractor services across the South West. To discuss your project and arrange a free estimate, email info@southdevonconstruction.com.
